We have a 3-axis CNC in-house to make our molds, but we also have an extensive list of external vendors who can provide 5 axis machining

Your parts will begin in our dedicated 1000sq ft temperature controlled layup room where we follow a specific layup schedule

To compress the fibers properly we bag the mold to evenly distribute the pressure over the part

The parts are then placed in one of our 2 large autoclaves. We can adjust temperature and pressure for each individual part as needed

Your part is then removed from the mold and any flash is removed

The part is then trimmed and finished to your specifications. Paint or clear coat can be provided

We provide all techniques of quality control to at each step to make sure the parts meet your standards and tolerances
